Anyone Had Their ATS Recalled Due To Recent Transmission Cable Problem?

Just wondering if I'm going to get a recall notice for my 2013 ATS base model:

I don't buy cars with transmission cables.

Received my recall notice on Saturday. Have to take my ATS in so they can check on the shift cable. Apparently, the cable can detach and you're no longer able to shift gears. Not a good situation if it happens.
