For deep snow traction, can't beat Blizzaks, but sacrifce ride on dry roads
Pirelli sottozero is great. No ride sacrifice, excellent traction in WV terrain. Worked great on my BMW 5 series

Suggestion - check out Tire Rack, they have several 18" alloy wheel choices to properly fit ATS Premium RWD, to accommodate Pirelli runflat snow tires (to use 4x18" wheels).
