Yes, they are a big plus, but it's not a matter of GM letting them be on the forums. They are assigned to be and they are rated on how many of various types of assistance they provide. It's awesome that Cadillac assigns them to help on the forums and the help they give is great! It's a hard job because obviously GM's interests are a higher priority than the customer's. So when there is a conflict of those interests, they get squeezed.
